Morning Routine We All Should Follow

Hello everyone, my name is Kishan Tongrao. Today we are going to see a morning routine that we all should follow.

Below are some points that we should add to our morning routine.

  • Sleep 6 Hours
  • Wake Up
  • Workout
  • Hygiene Business
  • Meditation
  • Breakfast
  • To-do list

Sleep Hours

Your morning starts at midnight, and most of our morning, we are in our bed sleeping. So for most of us, our morning begins with sleeping. You are not a superman/ superwomen, so have at least 6 hours of rest. And please don’t listen to anyone who says we need 4–5 hours of sleep rest. If you want your physical and mental strength for a long time in your life, please have at least 6 hours of sleep rest. As we shut down our computers, we need to shut down our minds for good hours. Depending on the time need for the body, put an alarm in the early morning. The general time of sleeping is 11 PM onwards. So the first important morning task is Sleep.

Wake Up

Prepare your mind to wake up around the time that you planned. After waking, arrange you’re bed. If you are having trouble with waking up in the morning, use the below methods.

  • Put the phone in another room.
  • Use smartphone alarm apps like solve a math's problem, scan QR code etc.

Hygiene Business

The hygiene business includes popping, shower, body cleaning, face care etc. But don’t waste most of your morning time on those activities.

Below are some things we can do to avoid spending more time.

  • No phone in the bathroom
  • No music or other entertainment till your hygiene business completes.

Workout

We know it is very hard these days to set a timeslot for a workout. But at the start, have a 10 min workout and then slowly increase that. You know the feeling of completing the workout session, so have that in your mind.

Please use the below points.

  • Select which exercise you are going to do in advance.
  • Have a good playlist ready.

Meditation

Meditation is a way to connect with your inner thoughts. Start with a small meditation session for 5 min and then increase slowly.

Please use the below points.

  • Light incense stick for good fragrance.
  • Close your eyes
  • If you like, play a natural sound in the background at a low volume.
  • Find the correct meditation posture for your body.
  • Start with small Mantras.
  • Feel the air going and leaving your body.

Breakfast and Green tea

The most important meal of the day is considered Breakfast. So have a good healthy breakfast and try to avoid caffeine products in the morning. Please have an alternative like Green Tea which has no side efforts. Then in the evening if you need then have a cup of tea but don’t make this drinking tea a daily habit.

TODO list

While sipping a green tea, open your favorite app, software, physical paper to plan your day. Start your day with the most impressive task to decreasing order. Use the calendar to break your hours into time slots for listed duties.
